(""MEI"") appeal the district court's1 entry of judgment as a matter of law on their claims that Tandy Corporation tortiously interfered with their legitimate business expectations. MWI, MEI, and Richard Massey appeal the court's entry of judgment as a matter of law on their claim that Tandy violated express and implied covenants of good faith and fair dealing. We affirm the district court in all respects.
